Memorify3D creates personalized illustrated products, including custom cards and related personalized gift items.

Each personalized product is created using the information you provide during the order process. This may include names, photos, appearance details, hobbies, interests, professions, favorite teams, gift messages, relationship details, themes, and other personalization instructions.

Because each product is custom-made, the final result may vary from examples shown on our website.

Product images, mockups, previews, colors, and illustrations shown on our website are for reference only. Colors and appearance may also vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, printing process, and materials.

We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.

3. Personalized Products and Creative Interpretation

By placing an order for a personalized product, you understand and agree that the final design is a creative interpretation based on the information, photos, and instructions you provide.

Memorify3D products are not intended to be exact photographic recreations. We do not guarantee:

  • exact facial likeness
  • exact body shape or proportions
  • exact colors
  • exact outfits
  • exact backgrounds
  • exact object placement
  • exact recreation of a submitted photo
  • exact match to examples shown on our website

We aim to create a high-quality, emotional, and personalized result, but some artistic variation is expected.

4. Customer-Submitted Content

When you submit photos, names, descriptions, messages, personalization details, or any other content to us, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • you have the legal right or permission to use and submit the content
  • you have permission from any person shown, named, or described in the content
  • where the content relates to a child, you are the child’s parent or guardian, or you have permission from the parent or guardian
  • the content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party
  • the content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, or personality rights

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You grant Memorify3D permission to use the submitted content only as necessary to create, review, produce, fulfill, deliver, and support your personalized order, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not use your uploaded photos, personal images, or personalized product publicly for marketing unless you give us permission.

5. AI-Assisted Design and Production

Memorify3D may use AI-assisted tools, design software, printing partners, production providers, and other technology services to help create personalized products.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your submitted personalization details, instructions, and images may be processed using these tools or providers for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.

We aim to share only the information necessary to create, produce, and deliver your product.

6. Prohibited Personalization Requests

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order or personalization request that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, or risky.

This may include, but is not limited to, requests involving:

  • illegal content
  • hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content
  • harassment, bullying, or threats
  • sexually explicit or exploitative content
  • content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • graphic violence or self-harm
  • private information shared without permission
  • impersonation or misleading identity use
  • copyrighted or trademarked material used without authorization
  • political, extremist, or harmful propaganda

7. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from Memorify3D.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inappropriate personalization requests, or operational limitations.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive payment.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including names, spelling, photos, descriptions, shipping details, and personalization instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in the final product caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.

8. Changes, Cancellations, and Production Start

If we have not yet started creating your personalized design or processing your order, we may be able to cancel or change your order.

Once design, production, printing, or fulfillment has started, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation requests may be refused once work has begun.

9. Refunds and Dissatisfaction

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.

Because our products are personalized and custom-made, refunds are not automatic.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and provide:

  • your order number
  • a clear explanation of the issue
  • photos of the product, if relevant

We review dissatisfaction requests case by case.

Where we determine that there is a valid reason, we may offer one or more of the following:

10. EU Customers and Personalized Goods

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases.

However, this right may not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Because Memorify3D products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply once design or production has started.

This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

It also does not affect any voluntary refund, replacement, correction, or dissatisfaction review that we may offer under our Refund Policy.

11. Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, import charges, or other fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, weather, strikes, high order volume, production delays, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because you provided inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, we may not be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Risk of loss may pass to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
